I have achieved success throughout my sporting career so I know first hand how to do it. I am 110% committed to you and your journey. Through the programs I create I will help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. I will work with you to make sure your program suits your life. They can be done literally anywhere; grass field, a track or the beach, and are short sharp sessions aimed at raising the heart rate, while still fitting into your busy week.
Each plan is designed around specific training principles, and with my help I can motivate you to take your training to the next level!
Sprint with me offers an all access subscription and easy to follow training plans.
The Sprint Specialist plan is personalised. This plan is targeted at goal driven athletes who have no guidance or coach to get them there.
The Team Package will be personalised for that team or club based on their goals and targeting events.This is ideal for a team wanting to get fast and explosive.
The All round Athlete plan is personalised for your team sport players or an individual athlete who wants to be serious about getting fast and explosive in their chosen sports.
Each of these plans will factor in your ability level, targeting events or goals, additional power exercises and exclusive access to videos and tips from me.
The Sprint Fit plans will be posted weekly and include 5 challenging, yet manageable sessions to fit into your daily life. There will be a combination of different sessions; speed, tempo, hills, circuits and more. These plans are suited to those who need extra motivation and want an alternative way to get fit, no more long runs!
